Well, I am attempting chicken pot pie for the first time. I have never made it, mostly because I'm too lazy to roll out the crust. But, I found a recipe on the King Arthur Flour website that sounded very easy and since I am all about anything and everything KAF, I decided to try it.

So, here I am with the Kitchen Aid cutting butter into my dough, listening to Gorillaz and hoping this pie is at least edible. More to come, including pictures if it turns out decent...
