I have this quarter size red patch of itchy, scaly skin on my chin. I had it this morning when I woke up and over the course of the day it has not gone away. I haven't changed my face wash or moisturizer in the past two weeks so I have no idea what it is. I have been putting hydrocortisone cream on it in the hopes that it will go away by Friday afternoon. I don't want to meet authors for the first time with a big, angry red spot on my face.
