Had so much fun with the girls tonight. Dinner was a raving success and the chicken parmigiana and gravy came out perfect (even though I was almost out of oregano). Found a great new recipe to use for cooking chicken cutlets that involves butter. Hello, how could that go wrong?

Actually, this whole weekend was great. What better way to spend days off than with people you love? Oh and enjoying the comfort of my new bed. And getting a cute good morning text on Saturday from the new guy. I might be a little smitten.
