Tonight, I learned two things about police officers:
#1) They know all the good gossip.
#2) Statute 1118 in the Vermont Book of Statutes explicitly speaks about obstruction of view for a driver in a vehicle.
What this means:
If you want the good gossip, you might have to read part of the Vermont Book of Statutes and defend your position in order to settle a disagreement between two police officers.
