Last night, I was so tired I did takeout for dinner instead of what I had planned. Tonight, however, I made my risotto. It was A-MA-ZING. Seriously, it was one of the best tasting things I have ever cooked. It is up there with my chicken parmigiana. I had that moment when I was eating it when I wanted to give some to a neighbor and have them taste it to make sure it was as delicious as I thought it was. Damn it, I need to find a boyfriend so I have someone to cook for.
